Note:

• *One-time payment during the Policy term. The Total insurance benefits of all insurance policies at Sun Life for the same Insured person does not exceed VND 500,000,000. The contract will continue in effect when this Benefit is approved for payment.
• ** When paying the life-threatening cancer benefits, Sun Life will deduct the previously paid early-stage cancer or carcinoma in situ benefits (if any). The contract terminates as soon as this benefit is approved for payment.
• *** The premium depends on the Plan, gender, and age of the Insured at the time of joining and is guaranteed to remain unchanged throughout the Policy term.
